The resort is amazing. We had an incredible experience. Staff are very polite and customer oriented. Food is amazing. Very high-quality meals with comfortable restaurants and easy to book. Pools are big enough and never crowded. Kids can easily play.

The hosts were really good at communicating for check-in. My timings changed a few times over the week, and yet they were super helpful and acommodating to my needs.

The spa was beautiful and peaceful! I took a swim in the pool and Juan Carlos gave me a tour of the cenote that is on the property! The bed was sooooo comfortable and the rooms were quiet and nice. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Very good location. It’s in a gated community with a security guard at the entrance 24/7 so if you’re concerned about feeling secure this is an excellent place. The beach is minutes away and it is gorgeous. White sand and turquoise water and plenty of local seafood very close by. It’s also close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The room itself is compact but comfortable. The king bed helped a lot and the AC was nice and cold.

Casa Iola is a recently renovated homestay in Cancún where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden, and terrace.
