Everything was excellent. The location is amazing right in the center near of a lot of attractions and we can walk everywhere. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. The facilities were also very good, everything is renovated and the room was very spacious with all the amenities needed for a stay in New York City. I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM after a 15-hour flight from Dubai, and was pleased to find my room ready for early check-in. The staff were excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nearly equivalent to a 5-star experience. The only downside was the view, which was not particularly impressive. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.
