The staff are amazing especially Ajad at reception. Very helpful from check-in to breakfast and advice regarding going out in the city. Location and connection to KL Sentral is amazing. Made it easy to travel around. Room was quite spacious and very well cleaned throughout our stay. It was a really great home to come back to after going out every day. Thanks so much.

The Hotel it self is art peace of its own the host of the hotels are really amazing and polite they are so helpful, even though we asked for extra time for our checkout and they were so understandable , the room it self is full of art peaces and spaceflight with the KLCC Tower view the coffe machine and the snacks option in the room is nice touch totally recommending them

    5 stars and true to the high standards of a high end hotel! Roof top bar has one of the best views of KL and twin towers. Self playing grand piano was very cool. As we both play piano! The room was one of the most expensive but very well worth it! Huge king bed also looking at twin towers, quality bedding and large bath looking at the KL tower. Electric blinds! Went for a morning swim in infinity pool whilst my partner used the fabulous gym! Best of all was the salt sauna and steam room. Everything was just exclusive and exquisite.

    1) location 2) cleanliness 3) easy - check-in 4) the room was clean (5 stars) kudos to the cleaning staff (please recognize them) 5) nice pool view 6) nice pool 7) Great breakfast spread - although I can't eat everything, Chef Rashid - makes good curries 8) The duty manager - Fadzly, Lisa and Eddie who served us 9) convenient to take the trains just opposite the hotel 10 ) There is a NU Sentral opposite the hotel - just a cross over overall - all the staff at their own workstations during breakfast are nice!
