The Property was in the perfect location to all the major attractions. We could walk anywhere with in 7 min we had a very nice super clean room with an amazing view of the duomo ! Nice quiet intimate property. The hosts were amazing and made the best food and tour recommendations. check in and out was very convenient we highly recommend staying here

+ Marco is a super-friendly host that helped us a lot in many aspects (not only typical scenarios). He made our staying really convenient + We had a big room on the ground floor. But some rooms are on higher floors. I recommend leaving a notice in advance if it's difficult for you to go upstairs for some reason + Comfortable bed + Good kitchen equipment

The properties are strategically located in the center of attractions. 1 minute walk to cathedral of Santa Maria del Fior and 9 minutes walk from the Firenze SM Novella train station. Surrounded with restaurants, high end luxury brands and affordable goods. The room very spacious with the view of cathedral. Bed is very comfy. Annie provides us with very good orientation to the property and suggested few restaurants to try and response to our inquiries promptly.

The location was excellent, very little detail they had with us, coffee and cornettos in the morning in a spectacular tray table. Evans was very thorough in every detail regarding our arrival, entrance and departure. Very modern and new, have no complaints

We had an amazing stay here! The room looks just like the photos and is even bigger than what it looks like in the pictures! The location is excellent, it was quiet, but so close to the central area. It was very clean and we really enjoyed all the comforts - the bed and pillows were so comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, and all the finishings and upgrades they did were top notch. The hosts were so friendly and responsive, they were great! Definitely recommend and would stay here again!
