We cannot offer 24/7 interaction, but almost we do... The entire apartment is available for our valued guests. Feel almost like at HOME on 40 squaremeter (m2)! We provide coffe, tea, sugar, milk, rolls, jam, spreads and sweets upon your arrival for your first days.

Property info

This modern and completely newly furnished apartment is located in one of the largest districts in Vienna. It carries a fully equipped kitchen and shower room, and there is, of course, free WIFI. From the apartment and its building it is a five-minute walk to Reumannplatz. At Reumannplatz, take the U1, the red subway line in Vienna. Another five stops and ten minutes, and the magnificent St. Stephen's Cathedral, THE symbol of Vienna and the city center has been reached. Feel at home on 40 squaremeter (m2)! Apartment 8 is very spacious, with several sleeping facilities: one bedroom with double bed and one living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two adult people. In addition to the kitchen there is one modern bathroom and last but not least the apartment offers you a balcony to the courtyard side.

The tenth district of Vienna stands for diversity. Restaurants of various flavors, the Viktor Adler market, the pedestrian zone with all its shopping facilities, direct connection to the paradisiacal Kurpark Oberlaa - all this is in close proximity to the building at Buchengasse 55 and Apartment 8. Best and fastest connection to the City Center: U1, red line, Reumannplatz Inside the 10th district: tram, line 6, get on and off at Reumannplatz or Gellertplatz How to get to the Central Station / „Wien Hauptbahnhof“? Just two stops by U1, red underground line, into the direction of city center (terminus: Seestadt Aspern) - also easily accessible on foot via the Favoritenstrasse pedestrian zone.
