A well appointed new park with all the amenities you need. Our room was quite small, but had room for your bag and had a small 2 seater table and minifridge, kettle and toaster. We were only staying overnight, so didn't require much space, and it was well priced. We loved the walk into St Helens (about 6kms round trip) - a great way to start the day.

We stayed to visit mum in the nursing home in St Helens.
We stayed to visit mum in the nursing home in St Helens. We only live one & a half hours drive away and they made us feel most welcomed. We would have liked to stay an extra night and they tried to accommodate us but unfortunately they were fully booked out the following night. Queechy seems to be very popular as I have viewed booking in the past but they have always been booked out.

St Helens is a cute town on the east coast of Tasmania.
It is an ideal location to stay for a few days and venture into the interior and other interesting places to visit around the town.
Just don't eat at the RSL. I expected more seafood to be available.
Pick up some tasty take away from the special section at the front of the IGA in the mall.
Towns and cities have a strange idea about disability access.

Lovely town with great eateries.
Lovely town with great eateries. The IGA had a variety of salads, the larger one not the small on main road that offered fresh salads. Great board walk around the water.
The Tasman Holiday park was modern, good facilities, a view of the water and quiet. This was our first ever stay in one and we were impressed with the cabin and the price.

St Helen’s is the central services community for many nearby small holiday hamlets. It has good supermarkets and an excellent provedore plus restaurants and most of the service facilities a holiday maker would need. There are interesting and varied beaches in the area and plenty of boating & fishing for those who enjoy these pursuits. Plenty to like, we did not find anything to dislike.

St Helens is a pretty coastal town with a great bakery - Banjos! It is also the gateway to the Bay of Fires which is an absolutely stunning place, even had a swim in warmish - 19 degrees water st gorgeous Binalong Bay.
We really liked the location and the style of the accommodation.
It was nice that there was some tea bags & some sugar, together with a few other pantry items.
There was plenty of wood for the fire, however, we didn't use any.
I was surprised to see that the property had a sauna, but again, we didn't use it.
Good Wifi and reasonable phone reception.
St. Helens has the BEST french restaurant in town.... a "must" to try.
We loved our stay at Pelican Point ,especially looking at the bird life and the pond outside the lounge windows . It was such a peaceful place to stay in . I thought the scenery was going to be quite rugged being in a bird sanctuary but we were really surprised by how nice it is . Also the town of St Helens is nice as well . We hope to be back if we come to Tasmania again .
The location is perfect.
Being next to the harbor, it is a short walk to some of the best seafood restaurants.
We did not eat at the hotel this time, but would definitely enjoy them next time we come back.
In the evening we enjoyed a beer and a game of billiards at the hotel bar.
The staff and guests were very friendly and cheerful, and we quickly became friends.
Fantastic accomodation with everything thought of. Plenty of comfort and room to move, including secure space front and back that the dog enjoyed. The food provisions were unexpected and whilst we used only little, were greatly appreciated. Good location for accessing the stunning surroundings of St Helens and Bay of Fires area. Highly recommend. Thankyou Sharon.
awesome property tucked away on the road out of St Helens. Some love and attention has been out into the refurbishment of these at some point. Bedding was super comfortable, clean and is on point with a Major Hotel. We stayed in #2 which was a Two Bedroom. Check-In process was easy, text message and key box I really enjoyed as it was efficient and easy.
A perfect place to stop over while traveling through Tassie. Our host was great and paid attention to detail. We arrived late due to our plane, but a note was left for us, SMS was sent, phone calls were made - they really went out of their way to accommodate us. We are grateful.
Everything thus was a gem in our travel around Tasmania, highly recommend a stay here we could only book one night so suggest you book early. Close to attractions, great water view, comfortable couch easy access to free laundry facilities, good parking.
Booked on a whim, beautiful location- definitely deserves panorama hotel
Everyone was super friendly and managed to squeeze us in for dinner
Bed was comfy. Patio was a nice bonus to enjoy with a coffee in the morning. Spa bath was very relaxing.
Great location (make sure you book a lake view room). Obviously an old hotel complex, and need of some refurbishment, but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
dinner breakfast also very good
This is a exceptional property. The Hotel is in a great location with a wonderful Pub and Kitchen. There are also other choices near by for meals. We really enjoyed the view from our upstairs room.
We loved the warm welcome from the owner Attila. Our room was cosy and felt more like hotel than motel with the convince of parking in front of the room. We had everything we needed for our stay.
Great location! Very clean and
comfortable. Well equiped kitchenette.
BBQ and laundry facilities are a great
addition. The restaurant next to the
hotel was fantastic.
