A beautiful part of the world. Stunning natural wonders and really great breakfast and coffee. Not to be missed as I feel like there is no other place like it. Rainbow Beach is an amazing location for some rest and relaxation. The entire township is pretty small, with friendly people and great food. There is so much to do like walks on the beach, treks in National Parks, feeding dolphins, four-wheel driving on the beach, visit a natural sand blow and do some sand-boarding and lastly swimming / surfing on the beach. This beachside community is great! It is not too big, and still relatively quiet in that aspect. Places like this are a real gem. Other places that have expanded and gotten crowded aren't as nice anymore.

Rainbow Beach is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday among friendly locals and beautiful scenery such as Carlo Sandblow and the Great Sandy National Park. Day trips to K'Gari (aka Fraser Island) are also available. Beautiful sunsets from Carlo Point. Great coffee and food also available which is a bonus. Can't wait to go back!Catherine

We arrived a little later than expected, but I requested a late check in time through Booking.com and the lady on reception was lovely and accommodating. The Holiday Apartments are walking distance from the high street, but there was also plenty of free parking in town (in the week during winter anyway).
