Great location a short walk or drive from the main chairlifts, so it was nice not to have to trek back to Jindabyne at the end of each skiing day. Friendly staff. Loved that John was able to pick us up with our ski gear at the end of each day.

Loved the peak music festival.
I would suggest that no one stays at snowy gums.
The hot water system doesn’t work and we only got to have 2 showers in four days.
The manager didn’t seem to offer any explanation.

Perisher is very disappointing!
Perisher is very disappointing! There is no tube town anymore. 5 years ago it was amazing.
Scenic chair lift options, magic carpet for kids. There is nothing now.
So if you are taking young kids and not skiing, there is zero to do.
Just to do 1 chair lift ride it is $200 each for lift passes. Such a joke.
On the maps they have tube town. It is gone. There is no play area with t-bar like advertised.
Not suited for families. There is no vibe. No winter wonderland. Nothing

perisher had a great selection of facilities such as food ,ski shops, and hotels. The kids had private ski lessons with the instructor being exceptional at getting them up to speed and i was able to have fun skiing with them after only a couple of lessons. The weather was excellent and being spring the scenery was absolutely stunning as you had the snow melt exposing the vegetation combined with the snow background

2020 is definitely not the year that anyone expected, but the Perisher team took everyone's health and safety seriously. I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The ski instructors were amazing with my children (8, 12 and 14). The runs were well groomed. The lifts queues were well managed. Every Perisher staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly.

We know the Perisher Valley well.
We know the Perisher Valley well. The Hotel is in an excellent position, but it is old and needs to be brought up to standards. We had Dinner and breakfast at the hotel as part of the package. We had lunch on the skiing slopes. The skiing was good as virtually all lifts were open and the snow was good by Australian standards.

All the On Mountain staff were excellent from Lift Operators, Cafe staff on the Snow (we highly recommend on a fine day, the Eyre Cafe on Mt Perisher), to hotel staff and the Groomers do a wonderful job too, getting out there as soon as the lifts are closed.

we love the location although since its not yet peak season the ski lifts in smiggins holes are still closed so. we have to go to perisher. The staff are very friendly especially Jasper in the reception. He is so accommodating and help us alot with our inquiries. Our daughters love the kids club so much, too bad the other cool activities are scheduled on a weekday. This is indeed family friendly hotel and we will definitely come back
Location second to none, overlooking Perisher valley from the ski slopes; convenient ski in ski out; we are vegetarians and there was always a good choice for us - they even made some things specially for us for breakfast one day. The public areas of the lodge are nicely kept, furnished, and decorated with 1950s-60s memorabilia. The atmospheric guest lounge is comfy and cosy and has a stupendous view of Perisher valley.
Everything is perfect host is super nice and helpful chief was brilliant .
I’ve never had such a delicious meal in any of the hotel ( most of them are five start quality and the food is expensive yet not as good as the lodge !)
Kids were super happy and enjoy their kids meal as well.
We can’t wait to come back again with our family !
Thank you Matt and team !
more motel than hotel. Wifi a joke . Lounge area looked like an airport terminal.... punters looking for connection. No Wifi available in bedroom cabins. No mobile internet or 3G phone available in bedrooms. Food very ordinary. Customer service for wifi connection non-existent. Don't come here expecting to work after ski hours
The fact that breakfast and dinner are included in the price is so helpful. Choice of 2 options for dinner, either the cook your own protein or the buffet is great. Location of the hotel is great and the shuttle bus also helpful. Staff were friendly, especially the manager:)
snow boarding injury day 1....perisher medical centre, x-ray, confirmed clavicle fracture, Guthega Inn provided the best place to rest, recover and prepare for the journey home. Genuine hospitality and caring from the hosts and their dedicated staff, greatly appreciated.
The staff were pleasant and considering they had just opened very helpful. Teh location was fantastic as right in the snow near Smiggins Holes. A little walk up the hill but still beautiful when it was snowing and just a quick walk to the ski fields.
A big thanks to the manager who was super helpful through out my stay.
Dinner was amazing, far beyond other ski lodges I stayed near by.
The property was immaculately clean and extremely well maintained for a building at it’s age.
Very comfy and cosy. Breakfast buffet every morning was amazing. Staff are very friendly and accommodating .The hotel is directly across the main restort which makes parking and travel so easy.
The food was excellent. Dinner was standout.
The hotel is older but clean. Rooms are basic. As shown in pictures.
The restaurant manager Cam and his team were engaging and welcoming.
Matt was SO accomodating! This lodge is located within walkinh distance of front valley. The food is AMAZING and lodge is very clean. Fely right at home
