Excellsior Apartments offers self-contained waterfront accommodations in the center of Mooloolaba. The property is a 5-minute walk from Main Beach and Sea Life and features a swimming pool and heated spa. Mooloolaba Beach with it's many alfresco-style cafes, restaurants and boutique shops is within a 5-minute walk away. All apartments feature a private balcony with water views. The self-contained units include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and spacious lounge area with flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy the BBQ area and free private parking. Excellsior Apartments is within a 15-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport and Aussie World. The popular Steve Irwin Australia Zoo is 30 minutes’ drive away.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay.
Please note that lock-up parking is only available for 1 car per apartment.
Please note that the 2-bedroom apartments at Excellsior Apartments have stair access only as there is no elevator in the Sailfish building.
Please note bridgeworks are being undertaken until mid 2022 on the bridge across Mayes canal at Brisbane road. Intermittent noise may be experienced. Entry to River Esp. via Foote street will not be affected.
