Absolute beachfront, with no roads to cross, and literally 30 meters to the sand, the building is right in front of the patrolled section of Mooloolaba Spit. Endless views with a perfect northerly aspect. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1 per floor apartment and has sweeping views of the ocean and over to the river and marina. 5-minute stroll along the boardwalk to Mooloolaba Esplanade, restaurants, cafes and shops, fresh seafood markets, playgrounds, and parks. A hop skip and jump to the amazing wharf and its eating options as well as Sea World and the Surf club. Ceiling fans, Wifi, amazing water views. A King bed with en-suite, 2 Single Beds and a Single Bunks set that is suitable for children only accommodate up to 6 guests. A swimming pool and underground safe parking for 1 vehicle You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays Please note that this property has a strict no function or party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.
