If you are looking to do a walk or hiking trip, the Glass House Mountains are close by as well. If you are needing some downtime the front deck provides sun, sheltered, comfortable outdoor seating to relax in. Please note that the property's second floor is accessible by stairs This property features: * Freshly renovated throughout * Downstairs: lounge&;dining, kitchen, t.v., laundry with toilet, washing machine and dryer, air-conditioning and ceiling fans * Upstairs: Main bedroom - king bed, air-conditioning. ceiling fan, t.v., built in wardrobes, 2 seater lounge * Second bedroom - 2 single beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes * Bathroom with shower over bath tub, hairdryer and separate toilet * Off street parking under carport * Sunny front deck --- We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
