This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is situated on the third floor, accessible via 3 flights of stairs (no lift). The living area features a reverse cycle air conditioner to ensure your comfort throughout the year. While the bedrooms (none air-conditioned) are naturally cool due to our proximity to the beach, oscillating fans are available to enhance airflow on particularly hot summer days. Enjoy a large kitchen and open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly extending to an east-facing balcony with expansive ocean vistas. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the town and just a few steps from Kings Beach and the boardwalk to Happy Valley. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the unit offers 2 queen beds and 2 single beds across its 3 bedrooms. Linen is provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities. Additional features include a washing machine and dryer, a single-car garage, and a downstairs storeroom perfect for surfboards, bikes, and more.

For a delightful start to your day, our favorite beachside breakfast spot is only a 2-minute stroll from the apartment. Additionally, a quick 5-minute walk will bring you to the Caloundra Hotel, renowned for its excellent pub meals.
