There are a lot of rooms. I thought there would only be one toilet but to my pleasant surprise there is another one at the back outside. Dining area at the back as well provided a great space to unwind. It was very good value for money. We had a good stay, the place provided well enough for our needs.

It was a pretty disappointing stay.

It was a pretty disappointing stay. There was no microwave or toaster and light fixtures were broken. The layout isn't very family friendly despite being called a family room. And the staff dont return room calls. The bedroom doors ate also not flush. The cost was not reflective of the quality.

The Hotel was just next to Train Station making city access easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 2 rooms we had contained very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. We also had our own personal Kitchen with full size oven and fridge.

This was the comfiest bed I think I have ever slept in, and so roomy. We were a group of 4 girls, had an early flight the next morning. The location isn't great and it is in a pokies/bistro building in a door and away from them. At first it was a bit weird but the rooms were very quiet and just what we needed. Bathroom is average, shower and toilet and sink. Handy location to Melb Airport parking and cheap for the night. Right next to a train station but again, we didn't use it and couldn't hear anything throughout the night.

The picture we saw when we booked showed 2 single beds...

The picture we saw when we booked showed 2 single beds pushed together to create a queen, We requested these be separated and fitted with single sheets so along with the other single bed we would have 3 single beds in total. Our request was accepted by booking.com but was not meet by the hotel. They were of no help saying to contact you, you said to contact them and the end result was 3 work colleagues with 2 beds. Really poor service from St Albins offering no solutions or help.
