    Great outdoor experience although the township is a little bit touristy. Amazing rainforests nestled around Mt Tamborine. Great place for walking and seeing native scenery. Easy to get around by car. A few basic restaurants around although most were closed on the 2 nights we were there!

    Lots of lovely gift shops and eateries to visit on Gallery Walk although parking can be tricky. Thunderbird Park is a great place with lots of varied activities for kids and adults alike. We stayed near the Botanic Gardens which was a lovely place to explore

    The overall area with lot more to do than was expected. We enjoyed The Skywalk, the Gallery Walk & numerous walking tracks. The locations to view the setting sun. Down turn, eateries need to update their web information.

    There are two townships on Mt Tamborine, North Tamborine and...

    There are two townships on Mt Tamborine, North Tamborine and Eagle Heights. Plenty of tourist shops, cafes and scenic attractions. Don't miss the Botanic Gardens at Eagle Heights. Saint Bernard's Hotel provide good meals and scenic views.

    My son & Igave stayed many times at Tamborine Mountain, over...

    My son & Igave stayed many times at Tamborine Mountain, over the last two years, during a horrendous Divorce. As,Tamborine Mountain, is a magnificent rainforest, very therapeutic, healing, & relaxing, in nature! And, also offers many walking & hiking tracks, water falls, scenic lookouts, a very lovely shopping lane, of many different, unique shops as well as delicious bakery’s, one of which is an actual French bakery, several eatery’s! And, a few hotel’s to dine at, where each have their own Wow factor of unique decor & some with things for children to enjoy as well as some with live music on the weekends. Also, on offer are winery’s, Glow worm caves & The Sky Walk, Alpaca Farm, & many other great activities for Adults & children .. And. very easy to get around Tamborine Mountain by car and or Uber!

    Great place to visit.

    Great place to visit. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink! The Monkey Tree Bar and Restuarant was great for dinner and breakfast. The Bearded Dragon Hotel was also great. Botanical gardens was lovely. So many shops and little places to visit. Missed out on the Glow Worm Caves - book before you get to Mount Tambourine as it books so quickly.

    The view from the rooms at The Tamborine is absolutely spectacular. The hotel feels like the perfect escape from the everyday. The hub area is so beautifully done, the mineral pool is warmer than you would expect and it feels like the perfect getaway into the hinterland. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. At night, the sound of the rainforest on the balcony is enchanting. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable - we can't wait to come back and stay again!

    The location was excellent, backing onto the Mount Tamborine Botanic Gardens. Short drive to all the shops, cafes & restaurants on the mountain. We loved that the fire place was ready to go when we arrived, just strike a match. The house is beautifully set out, very clean and with everything you need. The beds were so comfy, great nights sleep every night.

    We really enjoyed our stay at The Cottages on Mount Tamborine! The location was peaceful and quiet. The Cottages were very cute and roomy. Kept warm with fire and aircon. Restaurants and cafés nearby were great! The grounds were very well kept and it was nice to see the horses and goats. The birds were beautiful!

    I loved the hotel, the grounds, parking was easy, Gary and Natalie were absolutely lovely! Loved how green everything was, made me feel so warm and happy. I loved the tables outside the bedrooms, I loved that is was very close to everything and I loved that they had little tiny jars of bath salts for a bath.
