“Everything was perfect. Despite a bit tight for the family of four, but we were just two days so we don’t complain. Location is superb. Lots of parks nearby, Real Palacio, Cathedral, Latina neighborhood, grocery stores, fast food restaurants, bus stop. Don’t know what to add more.”

Silvia was very nice and communicative, she also left something for our daughter in the apartment which we really apreciated. The place is near a park, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.”

“This fully renovated and fully equipped apartment is located in the first floor of an old building. I have seen the narrowest elevator of my life here (but surely better than not having it). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice, clean and large shower that you can't even find in 5 star hotels. The highlight of this place is its cleanness and I really hope it stays like this until we stay there again!”

“the apartment is small but newly renovated and clean. the architect made a great job in choosing furniture. it is very comfortable in such a small space and you can have everything you need (even a table for 4 if you wish). i know what Im saying - we were staying for 3 nights (2 adults and 2 kids). sofa bed is very big and comfortable as well. the location is great. you have stores, restaurants, bars nearby as well as walking distance to all attractions. we did not use public transport at all. the building itself is nice too (it is an old building so the lift is very small - our prom did not fit in but the apartment is on the 1st floor so it is manageble). If Im back in Madrit I will stay there again.”
