APARTMENT Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Lavapies, despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is recently renovated and designed so that you can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. It has a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, this area coexists with a fully equipped integrated kitchen, there is a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has capacity for 4 people and is equipped with air conditioning and heating by heat pump. The apartment is bright and has two balconies facing the street, it is fully furnished and equipped. In a very lively and central area, 10 minutes from the Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol and 9 from the Reina Sofía Museum. In the neighborhood with the most personality in the center of Madrid, increasingly fashionable for its bars and art galleries. A small oasis in the heart of Madrid.
