The property is really well located. Close to downtown, the port and main turistic points plus several restaurantes, bakeries, etc. It is not a fancy hotel, thus cost-benefit wise it is pretty good considering Málaga can be quite expensive.

The birthplace of Picasso is as colorful as an artists palette, from the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea to the golden sun, which gives 300 days of sunshine per year. When the sun sets, the vibrant nightlife awakens and youll find your place among the youthful square of the old center, the trendy bars of La Malagueta or on one of the terraces of Pedregalejo.
There's also rich history underneath the sun and fun. Alcazaba is a Moorish castle from the 11th century and just next to it are the remnants of a Roman Theatre. The white stone tower of the Malaga Cathedral rises up in the heart of the city centre, and offers an interesting respite from sun bathing on the magnificent and popular beaches.
A more modern history can be appreciated by visiting the birthplace of Picasso and a museum full of exhibitions by Malaga 's most famous resident. A more relaxed Spanish city than Madrid and Barcelona, Malaga is still the gateway to the Costa del Sol and the busy Malaga Airport is only 6 miles from the center of town.
From budget hostels to 5-star luxury hotels, with Booking.com you're sure to find the perfect place to stay for your sunny vacation.

I've now been to Malaga 3 times in the last 18 months and love the city. The old town is awash with bars and restaurants, and every night has a busy feel about it without being too full. The marina area is a delight, with a nice mixture of shops (if that's your thing) and bars/restaurants.
During the day there are enough things to do to last a good 4 to 5 days, amongst which are the Alcazabar, the GibralFaro, Carmen-Thyssen art museum, Picasso museum, and the Automobile museum, as well as numerous churches.

Malaga is historically and culturally interesting, very walkable, sunny, not too long a flight from the UK and by the sea.
It has some very good restaurants and excellent tapas bars. Good quality food and drink is readily available and relatively cheap.
It has a spectacular food market and lots of quite high end shopping.
It's also on the Spanish high speed train service and most other Spanish cities are easy to reach from Malaga.

Yes, Malaga is a great place to visit.
Yes, Malaga is a great place to visit. We particularly liked the castle, the beach and the Picasso museum. Be aware that Malaga is a very popular party city and that it gets very crowded particularly when many cruise ships are in port. The historic centre is great for eating and drinking and has good shops and bars. Do not stay in this part of town if you like to get a good night's sleep as it is very noisy all night and then again in the morning as the bars and so on restock. Better to choose an accommodation option near to the centre but accessible to public transport, which is excellent. Also be aware that to get taxis if you sty in the pedestrianised centre you have to walk some way with cases to a point where they can pick you up.

Wide range of cafes and restaurants, plus bakeries with irresistible cakes, tarts, bread….large number of museums and art galeries, exhibitions, some free, or very low cost entrance charge (Picasso museum is the exception) expansive promenade by the marina. Small specialist shops, plus a wonderful fabric shop behind the ATARAZANAS market.

A very interesting and vibrant City, many historical sites and wonderful architecture. The added benefit is its close to the sea with access to beaches, Marina and the wonderful Med. A very social City buzzing day and night. You are never more than a few feet from a good tapas bar or restaurant.
Modern boutique like hotel located a few minutes walk from Alameda central station so excellent hotel if arriving by train.
About 15/20 minutes walk to old town.
Room clean and all amenities provided if anything forgotten eg razor, toothbrush, shoe shine.
Excellent breakfast was continental with good variety.
Staff pleasant and friendly. Usually someone on reception who spoke English if necessary.
There was no bar but an area to the side of reception where you could sit if waiting for a friend.
I thoroughly recommend.
Great location on the beach, a short walk to the old town with shopping and restaurants, a beautiful hotel, and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced lately with lots of options. The room service menu was reasonably priced for the food quality. We always had enough towels, and housekeeping was great at replenishing what we used up. They would also leave lovely notes for us.
Great hotel in a central location just next to the port of Malaga. Wonderfully warm welcome, and rooms were extremely comfortable. Fantastic rooftop terrace serving delicious cocktails. Considering the locality, it was really quiet at night. We could easily walk into the old town, shops and to many bars and restaurants from the hotel. Highly recommended
It was extremely clean, renovated, centrally located in the heart of Old Town Malaga. We walked everywhere! And even when we needed to take a taxi to train or airport, the taxi stand was actually right in front of the apartment building. A beautiful beautiful stay and I would definitely come back here if I am making a trip back to Malaga.
A really cozy, comfortable, compact and clean hotel right in the centre of the old town in Malaga. The guy on reception is super friendly. Our room had a nice little balcony onto the street which was nice to have some breakfast and late night chill on. We are regular visitors to Malaga and will look to book this hotel again.
Close to the airport. 10 mins drive. Nice walk along paseo/ beach to Malaga old town. Chiringuitos and bars close by. Nice and friendly stuff. Good location. Secure building. Easy to find. Little things provided: some medicine, cleaning stuff, washing liquids, shampoos ect. In general comfortable and pleasant
Fantastic experience overall. Hotel is located at the best spot in Malaga, in the heart of the old town with immediate walking distance to all top spots in the area (Picasso Museum, Cathedral, Alcazaba, tons of restaurants etc.). Very original and luxury inside, super comfy and with reat and helpful staff.
Beautiful small hotel near the beach La Caleta, it is very close to the city center but far enough if you want to avoid noisy crowds of young tourists in the streets at night. Breakfast was great value for money, 10 euros. I highly recommend this place. Another time in Malaga I am staying here.
The hotel is an elegant small boutique hotel with a fantastic location! Situated a short walking distance to the old town, this hotel was perfect for a short city holiday. The beds were comfortable, the shared spaces were elegantly decorated and the rooms were extremely clean!
Location was perfect for accessing the old town and a short walk to the port and beaches. Private was a lovely touch. Elizabeth was excellent and gave us many recommendations for Malaga and the next location we were traveling to. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent location close to the old town Malaga, you could see how close you were to the Cathedral from the hotels rooftop terrace and bar. Hotel immaculately clean, staff really welcoming and helpful and room really nice. Breakfast choice was fantastic
Perfect location to visit old town and the port. Breakfast heavenly on 7th floor with spectacular views. Pool and bar on roof terrace a plus. Staff lovely and helpful. Very comfortable room. Surely one of the nicest hotels in Malaga. If not the nicest.
Perfect location to explore the lovely old town centre of Malaga. Lovely decor, taxi rank right outside the door. The staff were the friendliest we have ever encountered in any hotel and made a great impression on us on our first visit to Malaga.
This lovely, very clean and comfortable apartment is in a great neighbourhood close to the old town, the harbour and the beach. It is easy to get to from the Malaga Central Station, which runs direct to the airport. A fantastic place.
Excellent location for the old town of Malaga. Close to museums, plenty of great restaurants and tapas nearby by.
Team at the hotel were exceptional, they were friendly and ready to help. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Really basic, but also really cheap for the place where this hotel is. In the main Old Town area, close to most of restaurants, tapas bars, museums and mini markets. A short walk to the train station to go to the airport.
Excellent location, in the middle of the old town, 20-minute walk from the beach, 10-minute walk from the train station that goes to the airport. Large apartment for the price, very helpful staff. Strongly recommend!
The hotel was perfect in every way, it was in a convenient location for both old town Malaga and the port/harbour and there was no shortage of space in the apartment!
