In the heart of the 11th arrondissement, this charming 35 sqm apartment has all the facilities necessary for a pleasant stay in Paris. Accommodating up to 3 people, it is ideal for a group of friends. Have a good stay! :) ## Logement Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the accommodation includes: - a bedroom with a double bed; - a bathroom; - a fully equipped kitchen; - and a living area with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking. You will particularly appreciate its brightness (with a large bay window) and its location. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Oven, Iron, Washing machine, Wifi. The apartment is located near metro lines 2 and 3. You will find a "Carrefour Express" supermarket 550 m from the building for your everyday shopping. Places of interest near the house: - Père Lachaise Cemetery, 7 minutes walk; - the Atelier des Lumières at 12 minutes; - Place de la Nation at 17 minutes; - the Louvre Museum 22 minutes by bus; and many more...
