Our mezzanine studio (15m2), refurbished, is the perfect Parisian pied à terre, in the heart of the city! This charming cocoon, with exposed old beams, bright, 2 double glazed windows, is ultra-functional. Ideal for stays of 1 to 3 people. Upon entering the studio, you arrive in the living room with folding table, chairs, cupboards and kitchenette (refrigerator, electric hob, microwave). Finally, the shower room with vanity, toilet and washing machine. The space - Refurbished - Quiet - Location N°1 - 3rd floor without elevator

The location is one of the liveliest areas of the city, close to many restaurants, bars and large concert halls and theaters (New Morning, Splendid, Grand Rex, Comedy Club...)
