Born and raised in Normandy, I studied English literature, lived in the US for 5 years and moved to Paris to open my own restaurant in the early 90s., very nearby my home. I live in the same house, so I am very happy to help you organize your stay and give you tips of all kinds around. Also, me being around makes it a lot easier for you to share your Paris experiences. Being a restaurateur, I can give you great picks!

This charming studio (30 m²) is located on the ground floor of a peaceful 1930s Art Deco townhouse. Completely renovated in 2018, it has been decorated with a unique style and designed to be organized and suitable for the most demanding guests. Private access to a superb patio makes it exceptional. It includes a large double bed (160cm), a kitchen area with coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, toaster and small refrigerator. (Please note: for insurance reasons, there is no stove or hotplate.) A small cozy sofa completes this kitchen area. You will also enjoy a large modern bathroom with bathtub and window overlooking the patio. A small basement is also available with washer and dryer for longer stays.

The studio is located in the heart of Neuilly-sur-Seine, a high end historical Paris neighborhood. As we are in a prime gated street, it is very calm at all times. The area is the safest of Paris, with trees all around. Within walking distance are to be found great restaurants, wine bars, Neuilly's famous Farmer's Market, great food shopping, swimming pool, and the most famous Bois de Boulogne with its Fondation Louis Vuitton and the Jardin d'Acclimatation Our property is short 8 minute walk from the closest Metro Les Sablons (Line 1), 15 minute walk from Métro Porte Maillot and the Palais des Congrés (Convention Center). It will take you 3 stops (5 minutes) to reach the Champs-Elysées from Metro Les Sablons. The closest bus station is Chartres, in front of Carrefour Market, 59 Avenue du Roule. Bus 43 will take you directly to Gare Saint-Lazare and Gare du Nord and Bus 82 will take you directly to the Eiffel Tower in 30 minutes.
