Waberthwaite enjoys a position amidst countryside and is situated close to beaches, coastal walks and conservation areas. The skyline is dominated by the peaks of Scafell, Great Gable, Hard Knott, Harter Fell and Muncaster Fell and nearby the valleys of Eskdale and Dunnerdale provide scenery to be enjoyed.
