The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a massive bed, especially having come from staying in some serious shoeboxes in London. Reasonable and very direct walk from the Temple Meads train station, and being next to Cabot Circus made going out to shop for assorted things I needed pretty easy. Appreciated the water bottles provided as well!

the room was clean and bright. the staff on check in were friendly and the bar staff were nice. the hotels decor was beautiful and the location was exactly what we were looking for.
