This lovely house has a spacious lounge with private garden. The house is located in a quiet residential area making it a great place for families. The kitchen has all the main amenities. This family home has a large living area to the rear with wooden veranda and patio area. The living room has bi-folding doors that open up completely, making it a wonderful place to enjoy on a summer's day. Within the living room is a wall mounted TV and large corner sofa which is ideal for sitting back enjoying a good film. To the front of the property is a good sized, fully equipped kitchen, complete with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a gas hob and electric oven. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and main bathroom. Elsewhere, there is a downstairs toilet and a large downstairs storage cupboard. The house is just 6 minutes walk from Crossharbour DLR station and there is a bus top directly outside the house making it easy to travel to Canary Wharf, the City or Mile End.

In a private residential estate set back from the main road. Private parking to the rear. Located within a residential area, the development is quiet and the neighbours are friendly.
