As soon as I walked In I got a warm family home ,very modern and clean in a great location. The kitchen has everything you could need for a self catering stay, and extra special touch of a welcome beer. I was very comfortable staying here and will 100% return when I'm back in the northeast

This newly refurbished, spacious three bedroom house which sleeps up to 5 is situated 3.5 miles away from the famous University City of Durham. This property offers nothing short of luxury, the interior of the house has a theme of brightness and colour, with painted walls and colourful accents throughout. With a distinct colour scheme. The property has super fast broadband, air fryer and a smart TV Modern furnishings and decor is bold with lively patterns and colours create an inviting and energetic atmosphere. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The bedrooms continue the theme of bright and cheerful colours, creating a cosy and vibrant sleeping environment. The whole property is yours to explore. The property is with walking distance of local shops and a reasonably short drive to Newcastle, Darlington and other famous seaside towns in the North-East.
