Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is a dynamic place to live, work and play. A new build property situated by a major road, within a peaceful residential neighbourhood full of social,recreational and educational facilities.Town Centre 16mins(3.5miles)/28 mins bus route (every 12 mins) Nearest bust stop 2 mins,Close to local amenities with a pub behind the fence, Nearest train station 15mins. Newcastle Upon tyne 31mins(14miles), Durham 25mins away (12miles). The beach is 15mins away. The stadium is 10 mins away.
