Spacious double room in a newly built detached house on the outskirts of Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
Less than 10mins drive to the train station (and town), with direct trains to London, Birmingham & Rugby. Walking distance to the nearest farm. Gorgeous duck pond a minute’s walk, with ducks and rabbits often spotted in the front yard.
