Having travelled for many years with a large family, I realised that booking a house was so much safer and more cost efficient than staying in hotels. Wanting the comfort and convenience of being in a nice homely house, was important. We strive to give that same feel to any visitors, staying in our properties. From contractors staying away from their home, to families visiting the city, we want our guests to leave feeling relaxed, having enjoyed the stay with us.

Crowthorne House is a beautiful 3 bedroomed detached property, based in a quiet suburb of north Nottingham. plus free off street parking for 1 car, and street parking for other cars, within the cul de sac or just around the corner on a main road. 3.5 miles from Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, 3 miles from Nottingham Cathedral, and Intu Victoria shopping centre. 3 miles from Nottingham Castle and 3 miles from National Ice Centre. When you first walk through the door you enter a reception area, which leads into either the kitchen or living room/Diner. The downstairs is mainly open plan for modern living. The living room sofa can be setup to make a double bed and The dining area sits 6 people, with a further 2 people able to sit at the breakfast bar. The house has has a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are available. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, which can be set up as king beds or 2 single beds. ! house has 1 bathroom with a bath and over the top shower. The house has a garden with outdoor seating. Rise Park lies approximately four miles away from Nottingham City Centre. Sitting on the northern edge of the city it also provides easy access for both Junction 26 and 27 of the M1 motorway. Bestwood Country Park lies close-by with 650 acres of open countryside just outside the city. a large number of detached homes and bungalows. Rise Park has a small parade of shops which include convenience stores, a hairdresser and a chip shop.
