Hosting nine bedrooms; two second floor family rooms with en-suites, three second floor doubles with en-suites, two first floor doubles with en-suite, a first floor double, and a first floor twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to twenty people. Inside you will also find a ground floor cloakroom, first floor kitchen/diner, a ground floor kitchen with breakfast island, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove, mezzanine sitting room with balcony, and a conservatory/dining area. To the outside is off-road parking for five cars, and a garden with lawn, patio, decking, furniture, hot tub, barbecue and sauna. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 400 on this Check in is from 4pm and check out time is 10am. Both Sizergh Castle and Levens Hall with its superb Topiary Garden are nearby, as are limestone escarpments for easy walking, offering thrilling views of the Lakeland Mountains, the Howgills and Morecambe Bay. Kendal itself is ideally placed for exploring South Lakeland.
