Our One and Two Bed apartments have been converted from a lovely Victorian merchant's house. Each apartment has a large living room, a separate modern fitted kitchen and bathroom with a shower over the bath. The properties are very well equipped but if you require anything specific then please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
Flex Lets is the Premier flexible accommodation provider in Sunderland. We provide great value accommodation to suit all budgets and always aim to provide an excellent service to all our customers whether they are staying for a night or a month. Our properties are close to the City Centre so are ideal if you are working in the area or coming to visit the Theatre, the Stadium of Light, the University or your friends.
The property is situated in a quiet, private cul de sac with free on street parking. The city centre is a short walk away and approximate walking times to nearby attractions are: Empire Theatre 19 minutes, Station 16 minutes, Stadium of Light 30 minutes, University (City Campus) 19 minutes.
