On entry is the lounge area with a TV, two sofas and an arm chair. The open plan kitchen and dining area includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, a clothes airer, four - seater dining table and patio doors, looking out onto the yard. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The family bathroom includes a bath with a separate shower. Externally is a rear yard which guests can use. Please note parking for Frederick House is on street parking. Please note a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this property with an additional charge per pet for the duration of your stay.
