The location was very good, short drive to everything we wanted to visit. We didn't have a chance to explore Helston itself though. The house was very clean on arrival, everything was well organized and we could find everything we needed inside. The house was also pre-heated to the comfortable temperature for our arrival. The kitchen also had everything, even tea bags. We couldn't find the sault, but we didn't expect it to be there. The host was very responsive and welcoming, we exchanged messages here on booking.com Loved our experience, will certainly recommend staying there.

The location is very good, though a bit tricky to navigate with the tiny road. It was cool to stay in a converted old mill. Pretty surroundings. Nice host.

It is a great location in the center, 6 min away from Kynance Cove. The helicopter was cosy and warm. When it is windy, it feels like you are being calmed down by the helicopter movement. The hosts are great, love the Ukrainian flag greeting me. The breakfast was yummy and I had plenty of choices being a vegetarian. The shower and toilet were clean.

Helston has a long history, interesting shops and is a good starting point for visiting beaches, geology and ice cream!Since the by-pass, the town centre is safer! Big Salisbury's, Lidl. Access to the Lizard, Porthleven, Praa sands Kynance Cove all within 20 minutes travel.
I stayed at the Premier Inn with its restaurant, car park and spacious room.

The quietude of the space was so right for me. Lizard Peninsula easy to get to and only took a few minutes.
I loved the Llamas and donkey pottering around the site.
Because the property had a balcony and good outdoor furniture. I could sit there and view the sea in the background.

I have visited Helston many times and find that the town is suffering from the results of the pandemic and its affect on local businesses. Having said that the area around is still full of interesting places to visit and nice people.

Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape.
Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape. However, the surrounding area is wonderful. Porthleven, small but very friendly and welcoming.
Location ideal for exploring the St Ives, Penzance, St Michael's Mount, and the coast from Porthleven round to Falmouth. Wonderful memories 💖. Thank you.
The cottage was beautifully restored and had a very nice interior. It had everything you would need for an extended stay to enjoy the surrounding area. It was picturesque and in a quiet location. The host provided a very informative email detailing things to do, see, and places to eat. We enjoyed his recommendation of the Helston Meadery on Wendron St. It was a short 12 minute walk to the town center. The hiking path across the small bridge nearby was quite enjoyable as well. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.
The farm has exceptional views over Cornwalls countryside the room was very clean and very comfortable .
June is lovely and caters to your needs.
Breakfast is served at a time that suits and a good choice available.
Its set in the country side which makes it quiet, its easily accessible and close to Helston.
Cant wait for our next adventure and visit again.

Is amazing experience, that what we expected was there. Even staff welcome us with the our national flag, so can't even ask for more. Is the best glamping sleeping adventure I ever been to. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, a lot better what is served on most high rated hotels. Thank You
Great choice of English or Continental Breakfast. Arrived on Motorcycles and parked in one of the garages. Room was great with a Sailing theme to bedding, curtains, and bedside light(houses).
Made to feel very comfortable by Jackie and the lovely staff. Would recommend and stay again.
Monterrey Pines was a wonderful welcoming place to stay whilst on a recent visit to see family.
Beautifully decorated room with all the features of a hotel.
Breakfast was a feast for the eye and tummy, extremely scrummy.
We will definitely book again for our next visit 😀
We stayed here for around 4 days and it was great. It was raining most of the evenings so we couldn't enjoy the outdoors much.
But if you are visiting Cornwall this would be ideal. Close to Hells mouth, St Michael's, Worlds End and Lizard Point.
Accommodation was clean and comfy, nice location between lizard, helston and mullion.
Main bedroom was large and additional toilet was nice to have. For an extra special treat visit The Ship inn Mawgan-In-Meneage food was unbelievable
Breakfasts were excellent, plenty of choice & well presented.
Helston has a lovely park within a minute or so of the guesthouse and is also situated well for visiting Falmouth, Penzance, Porthleven & many lovely beaches nearby
The location was perfect for us being in the centre of Helston, and the breakfast was great. The pub next door (run by the same people I believe) is very historic and a must for a pint of the local beer!
Beautiful, peaceful rural location just a short drive to spectacular seaside coves with great beaches.
Friendly and kind hosts. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
It’s a historic building with comfortable rooms in the very center of town. Excellent location and it’s very comfortable to be able to self check in. Tasty full English breakfast.
Beautifully presented. Very clean. Everything supplied to start the break off. The biscuits and my 2 favourite bottles of beer/ cider. Very close to helston centre.
Nice hotel in country style with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hair products in the shower were very nice, my hair was shiny for days afterwards :).
