The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, along with a laundry/utility area. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of one king-size with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside there is enclosed front decking with table and chairs, and off-road parking for one car. Within 2.4 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note, one well-behaved dog is welcome however this is a non-smoking property. Most of these structures are from the 17th century and have characteristics like mullioned windows and large cylindrical chimneys; the northern end also has a 17th-century inn.
