Located in a beautiful newly built housing estate. The gorgeous neighbourhood has playgrounds and bus stops nearby with easy access to Walsall town centre and Birmingham city. There are plenty of shops and takeaways nearby. If you decide to stay, you’ll be staying at a cosy and welcoming house that’s bright and has all you need for a good nights sleep . There's parking on the driveaway and a lovely little garden for you to sit out in and soak in the rays.
Welcome to 'House with Breath of Fresh Air' where you will feel at home and create great memories.
Beautiful newly built neighbourhood with easy access to public transport. Bus just outside the estate takes you to Walsall town centre where you can easily get a bus or a train to Birmingham. Lots of shops and takeaways nearby. Bloxwich high street is the nearest town with main shops. Two playgrounds within very close distance of the house, with large parks and canals you can go for a lovely walk or watch the swans and ducks in the ponds. You've got a driveway to park on in front of the house. You also have free parking on the road If using public transport there is bus stops right outside the estate with easy links to Walsall, Wolverhampton and Birmingham. Nearest train station is Bloxwich. Walsall train station is about 10 minutes drive
