Stunning accommodation, fantastic location with easy travel, stunning breakfast options, room & view was beautiful, Ali and Wayne were both so attentive (catering with ease to partners gluten intolerance), thoughtful and easy to communicate with full of knowledge about the lakes. I can't recommend a stay at laurel cottage enough! this is the place to be!

Located in Windermere, overlooking Queens Park, Laurel Cottage has stylish rooms which all come with smart tv. The bed and breakfast is set in a Victorian house built of local stone in the 1890s; it has been modernized to offer up-to-date comforts, but has retained its original character. It is 5 minutes away from Windermere rail and bus station and is an ideal base from which to explore the Lake District. It is also a short stroll from the village which has restaurants, cafés and shops.
