It was ideal for our short stay in London. Close to interesting sights. The concierge staff, doormen and all the staff were great. We loved our suite and everything about it. We had a wonderful view from our fourth floor window of Parliament and we were a short walk to Big Ben.

Location primarily. The room itself contained everything necessary, thoughtfully provided for. The daily service was exceptional. We returned each night after long days to a very clean room.
