Meadow View is a beautifully decorated two-bedroom mid-terrace Kendal holiday cottage for four guests, with an enclosed rear patio garden that is within easy reach of Kendal Town Centre. The property is situated on Windermere Road, a key route between Kendal and the Central Lake District, including Windermere, Crook and Ambleside. Conveniently, there is a bus stop across the road, so you can leave the car at the house and use the bus network with all fares capped at GBP2.00 per journey until Dec 2024. The ground floor consists of the tiled entrance hallway leading to the carpeted open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and cottage-style kitchen. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a study. Outside, enclosed patio garden. Dogs are not permitted. Parking for one car.

Kendal, on the edge of the Lake District National Park, is an excellent destination for holidaymakers looking to explore the beautiful countryside and indulge in some of the region's best attractions. With its cobbled streets and Georgian buildings, Kendal provides a warm welcome and plenty to do. From taking a stroll around Abbot Hall Park to visiting historical spots such as Sizergh Castle, Kendal is the perfect place to explore Lakeland's heritage. The town also has something for everyone regarding dining and shopping – from independent boutiques to tea rooms, you'll find plenty of places to browse and enjoy some delicious local produce. There are also multiple festivals throughout the year, including the Kendal Mountain Festival, which takes place in November. Home shopping delivery services will deliver to this property, and there are several supermarkets nearby, but if you need a quick pint of milk, there is a fab convenience store 1-minute walk away.
