We had a 2 night, midweek stay just after the busy festive period and had such a lovely, restful stay. Our stay was made all the more enjoyable due to the staff. They are so attentive, welcoming and genuinely there to help with anything we needed. We brought our dog with us and she was treated like a superstar, she was made to feel very welcome and that is rather unusual for hotel stays. Truly, a lovely experience. Huge shout-out to Rachel on reception and the guys on reception on both evenings. You're awesome 👍
