Friendly reception booked us a taxi to Gatwick for a very early flight - cost 19.5 GBP. This hotel is rooms only - no other facilities. There is a pub 5 minutes walk where you can get food from a food truck parked outside. Food was basic and good value. Beds comfortable and bathroom good. Fine for an overnight stay.

The Sussex market town of Crawley is just south of Gatwick Airport, London’s 2nd busiest passenger terminal after Heathrow.
Its train station has direct connections to Gatwick, as well as to Victoria Station in London to the north, and Brighton to the south. Set roughly midway between the 2 cities, the town has long been an important stopping place. One of its 17th-century coaching inns, the George Hotel, still exists under the name of the Ramada Crawley Gatwick and is available on Booking.com.
However, the town’s history dates back much further than that. Records show it as being a market town as early as the 13th century, and its central Goffs Park has a museum containing some Stone Age remains found here.
Tilgate Park to the south has a lake, nature reserve and one of Crawley’s 3 golf courses. The town’s other leisure activities include bowling, a movie theater and a collection of restaurants and pubs. The shopping street is a mix of historic buildings and modern shops, and more stores are found at Crawley County Mall.
Practically all of the Crawley hotels, guesthouses and country houses provide parking and a few also have features such as swimming pools and gyms.

Nice enough satellite town for London.
Nice enough satellite town for London. Did not stay long enough to get a thorough insight into the place. Seems busy but not hectic. Couple of nice galleria/mall type places and a really good chippy just off the town centre.

Historic town with character, real ale houses and many local shops, good rail and bus transport links and detailed town maps, great little daily market next to large shopping centre at train and bus stations recommend Dixies chicken it was delish and a rival for KFC. The snooty Fox at three bridges station has great ales and friendly bar staff.

Everything was just perfect a classic authentic looking pub style hotel with very cozy fire place in the dining room and very comfy and cozy rooms. A pity there is no meal service as this place screams for a Sunday roast and the classics on a menu as a steak with 3 choice sauces, a pizza, a burger, a crab cake with greens, a classic fish and chips with mushy peas and tartar and two salads.
That would make it the place to be with everything it needs (this is my personal opinion also taking in mind I am a private chef)

The rooms were clean as were the public areas. Staff were friendly and polite. However, whilst the food was good it was of a low standard and offered at an outrageous cost....b/fast was a plentiful buffet but £16 was steep.

Trivelles Gatwick Hotel was disgusting The 200 meter driveway was flooded which disguised the massive pot holes all the way down the drive the underside of my car scraped at least twice. The pictures of the palce must have been taken when first renovated which must have been somme time ago as it is very tired now. the bed linen was stained, it looked like someone has blown their nose on it, and I saw at least 3 cockroaches on the desk.
Alexandra was very prompt in replying to my whatsapp messages.
Great shower. Toiletries provided
Clean place
Extra pillows and towels
Lots of storage
Kitchen had plates, mugs, cooking vessels
Quiet residential location
Bus connections were convenient with the stops at 5 minutes walking distance
Location was very convenient, close to Gatwick on one side and the town centre on the other side.
All you needed was in the studio flat.........
Next time I'm in Crawley, I will stay here for sure
I needed something close to Gatwick and I didn't want to stay in one of the standard hotel chains near the airport. This is boutique, its really a nice house that has been converted to a hotel, with a number of large on suite rooms. So don't expect a traditional big hotel. It has lovely comfortable beds, it is in a nice quiet location, the breakfast was amazing and the owner was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is hidden away from the rest of Crawley and is at the back of Gatwick airport. However, the room is so well insulated you don’t hear much of the planes.
The host was so welcoming and helpful and instantly made me feel right at home.
I had vegan requirements for breakfast and these were more than met.
Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Would highly recommend
Old Hotel ,2 Lifts one is only working long time to wait, bad cleaning service, carpet is walking not fixed well, drawers are open by their selfs closed for few seconds then open, bathroom door lock is damaged and fall down when you try to lock it or open it, hotel need maintenance.
customer service is not good and some of the staff members are impolite.
The location for us was excellent as it was only 10 mins walk from our son's house. The hotel was very clean, with good Covid protection in place, the bedroom was a good size, with Aircon, comfortable bed, and very quiet, though it was Sunday night and England had just lost the Euros. Great breakfast included in the price. Certainly stay there again.
2nd time staying at Trivelles in the last few weeks and it's the ideal place to stay in the Crawley area. Great value, clean and comfy rooms, helpful staff and the location is lovely and peaceful, even though it's just a couple of miles from the town centre.. my 'go-to' spot when visiting the area 👌🏻🤗😊
Location was good, and the pool was good (pay extra £4 pp). Staff were very pleasant. This was a budget option so I have to be realistic, but premier inn understand the basics of a good hotel better I would say. Family room size was okay, although due to decor all a bit dark.
I have stayed in many hotels/B&B's in Crawley/Horley, and was very happy here. I stayed here for 5 nights and was content enough to re-book here for my next few stays. This may be an odd comment to make, but wherever I was in the hotel, it smelled nice.
Cheaper but less convenient than other Gatwick hotels. The access road is a minefield ....coming in at night and you could do some damage to your car or worse your rental car. Make sure you have some snacks.... There is no meal option.
I loved the quaintness of the hotel. Very quiet, very clean. This is an old farmhouse so it has that old-fashioned charm. We stayed 1 night. Complimentary taxi phone in lobby and breakfast. Close to LGW airport
The staff at the hotel were good. We weren't told about the free WiFi. restuarant was very pricey. Their are no USB sockets in the rooms. The bathroom, bath was too high for some elderly to climb in and out off
the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. the restaurant staff were amazing. it’s beautifully designed and well furnished. never been in a hotel with such happy, helpful employees
Nice little hotel, close to gatwick. Can't really say too much as only used for 1 night before an early flight. Arrived at 9pm and left again at 4am. The room was comfortable and clean.
The host was very hospitable. It was my very first trip to England I was glad to be welcome by a gracious host. The room was clean and comfy. No complaints.
Great hotel the receptionist Georgina was fantastic. Our Room was really nice hotel was clean.
Helpfull staff all around.
Breakfast is also really good.
