You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage (two story house), Sunderland cottages are a unique design and not found anywhere else in the UK! They are large and deceptive as from the outside they look tiny but this is not so! 2 minutes walking distance to the Sunderland General Hospital, a short bus ride or walk to the town centre. 2.1 miles from the Stadium of Light, access via the metro (2 station trip) for a 10 minute total journey. Located adjacent to Paillon shopping centre. Easy access to the hospital and a short drive or metro to Sea burn and Roker beach’s. In addition easy driving access to both the A1 & A19.

Most of the buildings in the area were built during the Victorian Era and consist of large terraced houses built for shipbuilders, but also smaller one-storey cottages in other areas for local workers (the shipyard industry has now long gone), the city is mid revival and has an abundance of opportunities to offer with a stunning coastline, internationally recognised Glass Centre and the famous St Peters Church one of the oldest churches in the World.
