The breakfast was excellent and the choices were fantastic; we never needed lunch. I especially loved the very generous portion of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, plus the yogurt, granola and fruit. Eating ut on the terrace most mornings was a dream. I spent a lot of time in Coverack growing up and this place has a special place I’m my heart.
Private and luxurious, the 4-star, family-run Budock Vean offers an indoor pool, 9-hole golf course and spa.

A fantastic world of its own complete with indoor pool, golf course, lovely gardens and of course the river. Add excellent food & hospitality - in short idyllic.

It is a great location in the center, 6 min away from Kynance Cove. The helicopter was cosy and warm. When it is windy, it feels like you are being calmed down by the helicopter movement. The hosts are great, love the Ukrainian flag greeting me. The breakfast was yummy and I had plenty of choices being a vegetarian. The shower and toilet were clean.

Coverack by itself is not amazing, given the extraordinary beauty of many other Cornish coastal towns. It's far from everything and difficult to reach. Driving on the narrow winding local roads is an adventure, but clearly not attractive to everyone, as demonstrated by the frightened tourists driving at a fraction of the speed managed by the locals.
I personally enjoyed driving here very much, and many fabulous views are at less than one hour from the town, but I keep wondering how we would have managed if we had stuck to the original plan of doing everything by public transportation.

Gorgeous village with a wonderful beach (dog friendly year round, if on leads in June-Aug), several well-provisioned local shops and a good selection of restaurants/ cafes/ takeaways (recommend the Loft for breakfast and Lifeboat House for dinner), and the Paris Hotel pub. You could easily spend a week here with loads to do. Kayaking and paddle board hire available from the harbour. We enjoyed doing the "Pisky Trail" which is a kind of treasure hunt, clues and answer sheet available from the Village Store and the walk to Roskilly's Farm for ice cream!

We stayed opposite the beach which was a good decision as Coverack is very hilly. Its also very, very pretty with some lovely gift shops, general store (fantastic great value and superb veg boxes from £5) and coffee outlets. The beach is clean and sandy with some rocks, the harbour is gorgeous and there are cliff walks straight from the village. An eatery, shop and pub weren’t open as we were there mid in April.

It is very quiet and it is not crowded. There are tons of little places to discover and it is close to a beach. We ate at Lizard Point.I ate a whole big Cornish pasty.YUMMY!My favourite place was probably Kynance Cove in Lizard Point. There is a nice restaurant when you visit or stay in Halliggye Fogou. If you like Star Wars or space education there are radio telescopes in the area around Goonhilly Earth Station. There are also good-viewing walks around the place.I hope you enjoy!🥳

Coverack is a delightful location, being a small harbour of historical significance. Everywhere are the most beautiful flowers. There is a post office and an RNLI gift shop, as well as a convenience store and a tea/coffee shop. There is a pub opposite the harbour and on several days of the week, there is a pizzeria and a fish and chip shop if you fancy something different from hotel cuisine. Not too far away is Roskilly's farm where the food is all derived from organic and sustainable sources - definitely worth a visit. Cream teas and fine dining are available at the Bay Hotel.

Only spend one night in Coverack as I was walking the part of the coastal. The local ale at the Paris Hotel was good and sitting outside looking out across the water with a pint of two was a lovely way to spend a sunny afternoon.
The apartment was absolutely fantastic with unbeatable views of the South Cornish Coast, English Channel, our local friendly seal and a couple of amazing storms. Our hosts had left us some lovely welcoming gifts, great walks to the headland or own beautiful beach.
The Paris Hotel in Coverack village just a short walk and Jamie the landlord, staff and all locals could not have been more hospitable and food great also. Apt 17 is the perfect base for exploring and then recharging your batteries, will definitely return.
Everything! This is a tough one as I would like to write a glowing report but also want to keep this place as my little secret. The Bay Hotel is stunning, from the location, to the bedroom & views, to the wonderful staff, (with a particular shout out to Paula and Kiri) to the excellent service and wonderful food. We just wish we could have stayed longer than 3 days.
The location is great and Coverack itself is fabulous. The hostel is a bit up the hill from the harbour but not far and is close to the coastal path which has a lovely circular walk. Great views from the room. Very clean and the beds had been made already when we arrived! There was a barbecue available to use and good outside space as well as the lounge area.
Lovely hotel, nice friendly staff with very high standards.
The finish and decor is top class and maintained immaculately.
Best nights sleep for a long time, followed by fabulous choice at breakfast, cooked and presented beautifully.
Have visited Coverack over the last 50+ years and this was first time at the Bay Hotel.
Will be back again soon.

The location was amazing! Just outside Coverack, down a private road. The large windows all looked right onto the water - nothing blocking the view. It was so peaceful to have the sound of waves and no cars or streetlights at night.
Perfect access to the costal path for day hikes/walks along the peninsula.
The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Having spent a lot of holidays in the area as a child, rediscovering Coverack and revisiting The Paris Hotel was wonderful and brought back so many memories of this wonderful place.
We have stayed at the hotel previously and its a great hotel set in a really nice location, the staff are friendly and the rooms are fairly modern and very clean.
The hotel is set in a prime location overlooking the bay, its one of those villages you would like to live in.
OMG the view! Plus the location. So close to Coverack and facilities but secluded enough to effectively have its own private beach (not private but close enough). I almost don’t want to review it, as I want it kept a secret. Will 100% go back.
A well-equipped and comfortable holiday let with a spacious living room and kitchen. The location is excellent, on a dramatic headland above the village of Coverack, close to the coast path with generous designated parking.
Location is amazing, short walk to a private beach
Leisurely stroll into Coverack

Booked up for next year and already looking forward to it 🌝
The appartment is really well equipt, clean and warm. The views out to sea are amazing. It is also a short walk to the lovely town of Coverack. Very happy with our stay.
Clean comfortable room ("Manacles" - room name) with superb views. Good breakfast and parking for car.
Hotel situated at the harbour, right on the coastal footpath.
