Very clean and a beautiful place to stay, with plenty of places to see, just a short drive away. Felt very homely, which we all loved. Beds were so comfy and we all slept very well. We booked here for a family holiday, somewhere within driving distance too the places we wanted to visit. Very peaceful area. Would definitely book here again.

This spacious 3-bedroom house, with brilliant transport links to Newcastle, Sunderland, Gateshead and Durham, is perfect for both families and contractors. Fully equipped with everything you need, this place really is a home for home! You will have on-street parking and access via your own front door to this two-level property. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with plenty of seating for everyone and a space for dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook up a storm. A washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board are also provided. Upstairs offers a spacious double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests. A hairdryer is provided for your use. The bathroom is located upstairs with a shower over bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a convenient wash closet downstairs. Please note: * All guests must be over 25 years old. * All guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying.
