There is open water in the property grounds. This quirky, but large and comfortable, shepherd&rsquo;s hut is nestled on a working sheep farm, just 2 miles from the very beautiful Windermere.. Steps to entrance. All on the ground floor. Open plan living space: With wood burner, wooden floor and French doors leading to seating area. Living area: With Freesat TV. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave and fridge. Bedroom area: With double bed. Shower room: With double shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). . Sitting-out area. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children under 16 years old. There is a stream close to the hut.. The Shepherds Hut at Gowan Bank Farm doesn&rsquo;t only bring something different to your normal cottage holiday but it also brings spacious accommodation. Providing all the essential features a standard cottage would provide including, Wi-Fi, TV, double bed and a large double power shower. With comfortable seating and a compact dining table for two guests, this really is the perfect romantic hideaway for two.
