I stay here a great deal and have returned often. Not because of the facility, bit the kindness and hospitality shown to me by the staff. I talk a great deal, as I am on my own all week, and when I chat to the staff they honestly look as if they care about what I am saying and not just being nice because it is their job. Kia, Johnathan, izzy and eilda( sorry for any wrong spelling) greet you when you arrive. Kia has always the biggest smile and they all are friendly. In the dining room you will find Marcin and all the others who are fantastic. I could go on for hours but I will leave it there.

You can be assured of a warm welcome, impeccable service and the highest degree of comfort at this inn, conveniently situated on the outskirts of Newcastle-under-Lyme.
