Wonderful pub-style hotel. Great breakfast and so nice to have the opportunity for a pint after a walkabout as you return. Great location if Kew Gardens is on your priority list as a place to visit, which it should be. A very short walk to the Victoria Gate. Other really nice pubs are close by as well. An easy walk from the Kew Gardens tube station, but to access from Heathrow Airport it is safest to transfer from the Picadilly Line to the District Line at Hammersmith. The Turham Green stop has limited hours when it possible to make the change.
A 5-minute walk from Kew Gardens Tube Station, Kew Studios and Rooms features 3-star accommodations in the Mortlake district of Kew.

Lovely greeting person Geoffrey.. respectful & helpful.. he listened to my gentle criticism that that foyer was dirty ( & vacuum cleaner dumped in a narrow corridor )
The beds, including the 3rd fold out bed , were very comfortable .. bed linen was exceptional.
The white towels were paper thin though

Great location, right off the main road and walkable to Kew Gardens and the train station (if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll.) Very clean, quiet apartment.
This 5-star London hotel is quietly located next to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Lancaster Gate Tube Station. The hotel offers breath-taking views of the famous London skyline.

Service in the casual dining area was slow, not enough staff. As there isn't a menu provided for the Saturday morning breakfast didn't realize we paid £35 for a bowl of cereal, toast and coffee until the bill came.
The concierge was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff was amazing and always accommodating. You could see it is important to them that we enjoy ourselves.
The proximity to the underground was super helpful and the pool at the hotel gave us a great activity on a rainy day with the kids.

We visited between seasons, ie Late April, so not very much was yet in bloom, but the glass houses were lovely. The eatery's were busy but clean and reasonably priced. Staff informative and helpful.

Staff were lovely, restaurant and bar were great.
Staff were lovely, restaurant and bar were great.
Room wasn’t as described.
Bed comfortable. Only noise was from occasional aircraft (before 11pm and after 6am) expected due to the location so didn’t bother us.
40 steps to room but listing stated no lift so not an issue.
No air con in room even though it was advertised.
Photos in listing look fantastic, heavily modified. Room we had was not in pictures and was very dated and in need of repair. Disappointed as paid extra for an executive room but felt more like a budget room. Had better quality at cheaper hotels.

Of course, Kew Gardens are world famous. We had a great time walking around. Excellent restaurants on site as well. We stayed in a convenient hotel close by which was within easy walking distance both of the Gardens and from the Kew Underground station.

I arrived at Heathrow when one tube line was closed for scheduled maintenance and the big flash new Elizabeth Line crashed out.
Replacement busses could not keep up with demand. The bus queue stretched around the block out of sight.
Just catching lift to exit Terminal 2 was another queueing mission.
It took 3 hours from landing to arrive in Kew under the Heathrow flight path.
It was such a relief to crash in a comfortable designer apartment.
The bed was king size. The mattress was firm and I slept like a log. The only issue was the lack of toe space under the bed. I kept stubbing my toe.
Apart from my stubbed toe, the owner has put much thought into a well designed apartment. It was tucked down a lane behind commercial premises on the main road, so it was quiet. Advice on finding it down the lane might be a good idea.
I did not use the kitchen for cooking, the pub across the road catered with roast dinners and liquid refreshment.

Kew Gardens is perfect as a base.
Kew Gardens is perfect as a base. It is within easy reach of London but has a village feel of its own, a couple of great pubs, nice shops and restaurants and feels safe and friendly. It is of course an excellent location to visit both Kew Gardens, the botanical gardens, and the National Archives from.
Proximity to public transportation made it easy to visit Chelsea Flower Show and Central London while staying in a lovely peaceful neighborhood. Great location with nice local cafe and dining. Kew Gardens Victoria Gate is a short walk through nice streets. Loved the washer dryer. The apartment was very clean, quiet building, street noise died off 10:30pm to 6:00am. The queen bed was very firm but comfy with nice sheets.
My room was cosy & comfortably furnished. I liked that there was an eating area in the room. I slept really well. And being next to the Maid of Honours Tea house was a bonus. Laura & Aisa & the rest of the team were friendly, helpful and were great. It was also a walking distance to the Gardens, the National Archives, retail areas, and Kew Gardens train station.
The hotel’s position so close to Kew Gardens was perfect for us and only five minutes from the tube station. We had both our evening meal and breakfast there which were both excellent. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and staff were friendly.
We booked our trip for the location near Kew Gardens to attend Kew the music. The hotel is so near to the venue. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely book it again.
Very helpful owners, no breakfast available however an excellent breakfast was available in the nearby Kew Hotel pub, easy and cheap parking at just £1.50 per day using a scratch card - I would certainly stay there again.
Location was great for Kew Gardens, and tube connections were easy. Food in the tea room was fabulous. We really loved our visit, and happy to go back. Steep stairs, so not for physically challenged travellers.
Friendly owners, comfortable bed and bed linen, clean and well positioned for kew gardens. Parking was good on the road and accommodation easy to locate.
Would happily return.
Great location, right off the main road and walkable to Kew Gardens and the train station (if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll.) Very clean, quiet apartment.
A lovely property 3 min from Kew Gardens station 1 stop from Richmond and a great location for Twickenham stadium.
Clean with all mod cons we will be back !
