This unique place has a style all its own. This 2 double and 2 bathroom apartment has a mix of Victorian and modern charm. This apartment has its own private outdoor space and private entrance as well as a nice park next door. It’s an ideal location for Dudley town centre, Russell hall hospital, Merry Hill and other ameThis apartment in Dudley has been recently modernised and features stylish furnishings and modern appliances. Perfectly suited for 1-4 guests. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen Dinning area with everything you need to cook your own meals at home. The kitchen has a full cooker with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. As well as a coffee machine, blender, toaster and Kettle. There are two double bedrooms, the master has its own own en-suite bathroom, there is a second bathroom in the hall way for the other double bed room. We have a 40 inch smart TV in each of the bedrooms as well as high speed broadband throughout the apartment.

Property is located on the Himley road in Dudley, in a Victorian block of apartments next to a park. Dudley town centre is a shortlish walk away. Merry hill indoor shopping centre is 10 mins drive away. Russel hall hospital is 7 mins drive and 25 mins walk away. Dudley Zoo and Castle also Black Country Museum are also also about 7 mins drive away. There are also plenty of nice pubs near by. Including famous ones like the Mad O Rourkes Pie Factory and the Crooked House
