We chose the B&B option and had some really good breakfasts at the venue. In town for a wedding and the front desk was great at directing us around and ordering a cab for us.

Location. Some really good walks from the Hotel and boat trips.
Good overall, but lack of instructions. Although we coped, instructions for use of washing machine, dishwasher tumble drier, and tv would be useful. Shower base very slippery and a non slip rubber mat should be available.Front gate to property needs attention, hinges dropped and very rusty.Altso pathway to gate and entrance very uneven.

It was very homely and comfortable, we felt relaxed in the downstairs rooms.
The double bed wasn’t very comfortable and I didn’t use the drawers for our clothes as they weren’t clean, but it wasn’t a big deal as the rest of the property was clean.
I would suggest that the carpet on the bottom step could do with some attention as it was a little loose/slippy.
We really enjoyed our stay and the area is fantastic for walking.

The accommodation is wonderful but quite remote and the local roads are primitive so driving after dark can be quite a challenge . Approaching from the east my sat nav took me up a hill most goats would avoid so approach from the A5 to the west . One small shop in the village and one pub . Most facilities available within a 15 minute drive .
All this said it is an amazing location for a Snowdonia holiday and second to none for dog lovers .
The owners are very nice and helpful but not intrusive . Lovely family who could not do more to help . I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday to anyone who likes their privacy .
