The pool facilities were very lovely … very clean & welcoming staff on both days. The Spa Receptionist on Saturday gets a special mention as she was in both am & pm … and equally as buoyant on both occasions! Bed comfy ✅

A beautiful, historical building set in its own private grounds. Stunning. Bed and shower (very important to us) were first class. Total value of money. The cooked breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. Hosts were fantastically helpful and attentive throughout.

    The beach is very quiet and offers free parking - not sandy but there are sandy beaches nearby in both directions. Shared cycle track and pedestrian walkway to Colwyn Bay in one direction and Rhyll in the other. Abergele town is quite small but has a large Tesco supermarket and a selection of restaurants.

    Great location as it is not a far drive for families with young children with so much to do! Local beaches, castles and animal park. Some places not great for prams or wheelchairs however there is still plenty to do.

    The area itself is stunning .

    The area itself is stunning . The beach is near and the mountains are close by. The local pub and food are excellent . But the cottage was very disappointing. Needs a thorough clean and better description of the poor layout and a downstairs bathroom/toilet should be mentioned. Definitely not disable friendly! Also the access to the cottage although down a very narrow lane you may have to reverse quite a bit if your unlucky and meet another vehicle there is a dedicated parking spot but be prepared for lots of awkward steps to get into and around the cottage!

    We didn't travel specifically to visit Abergele, rather the location of the holiday park we stayed on, due to the proximity of what North Wales has to offer. Such as castles and National Trust locations. If you want comments specifically around Abergele, then it is a small town that has the amenities you need.

    Abergele was quiet at the time we had our holiday middle of may.Shops we needed were easy to get to from the place we stayed,being older we had a good base at Abergele to visit places of interest which is what we did.The George and Dragon was a good place to have a drink or have lunch when we had finished shopping.The Landlady was so accomodating,friendly and took an interest in her customers,the alcohol was good too,worth a visit after a day out,if you want a meal not necessarily a alcoholic drink.Every local we met,shop keepers all very friendly and welcoming,an added bonus the weather was lovely. As far as getting around we were able to leave our car and walk into the town as only about 15 minutes walk,my friend and fast walkers so we could do it in 10,without being over laden.

    There were thousands of caravans and traditional amusements...

    There were thousands of caravans and traditional amusements (which I don't like) but the whole place looked rundown. There was nothing attractive about it, but fortunately much nicer places were just up the coast, like Conwy and Llandudno.

    Amazing stay at Ffarm country house. We stayed two nights in the Custco suite - this exceeded our expectations. As you drive in to the hotel, you are welcomed with a fantastic view of the building and you get a sense of how old Ffarm is. Breakfast was 10/10! Really friendly and helpful hosts. Will definitely be back to stay here again.

    Beautiful house in a lovely location a short drive from Abergele beach through wonderful clubtryside.. Hosts communications were friendly and attentive and any questions were answered promptly. Swallow cottage is a real gem and we had a lovely meal at the old stag in the village- perfect stay we shall return 😄

    Host was very welcoming, friendly and made some great suggestions of places to go. We stayed in the teepee which was clean, comfortable and a great value for money. The location itself was an easy car drive to Llandudno, Abergele, Conwy bay, Snowdon etc.

    It was good to see that things like towels, linen some basic teas/coffees and washing up liquid was provided. The WiFi in the caravan was very good too. The locations as good for our needs (family party in Abergele).
