Excellent value and great location! We booked this at the last minute as our other reservation fell through. The hosts were helpful and dealt with a delay on our part. They provided info on address, location, and meeting time and then met us with the keys and gave us a walk-through. The views of the river and city out the kitchen window were great, and there are numerous bus stops within 5 minutes walk. Only 10-15 minutes or so walks to Christ Church, St. Patrick's, Temple Bar and area, 20-25 to Trinity College and Book of Kells. Can catch a bus nearby to go very near Guinness Storehouse and many other areas of town. We understand the hosts are new to rental, so feel that they'll strive very hard to improve guests' experience. We'd certainly come back!
