Welcome to Suite 35! You will stay in a historic apartment in Medieval Siena, situated in a privileged and quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the Wonders of Ancient Siena, such as the famous Piazza del Campo or the Church of San Francesco. With multiple beds, Suite 35 is ideal for both young couples and families. You will live in an apartment where every detail is designed to offer you a perfect and relaxing stay. Upon entering, you will immediately find the LIVING ROOM with a dining table, open kitchen, and a large Smart TV from which you can stream your favorite movies on Netflix. The KITCHEN is fully equipped to meet all culinary needs. Oven, fridge, freezer, sink, and stove, as well as a kettle and a Lavazza coffee machine with complimentary pods for each guest. The BATHROOM with a shower cabin is fully equipped with a hairdryer, a set of soaps and shampoos, as well as a set of three towels of different sizes for each guest. In the BEDROOM, you will find a comfortable Queen Size bed for a good night's sleep and a versatile open wardrobe to organize your clothes. Descending to the lower floor via a SPIRAL STAIRCASE, we find a cozy LIVING ROOM with a comfortable sofa bed from which you can comfortably watch your favorite Netflix series on our 37" Smart TV. From the LIVING ROOM, you access the small bedroom where a comfortable single bed and multiple wardrobe cabinets await you. The SECOND BATHROOM is complete with a practical crystal shower cabin, toilet, bidet, and sink. For each guest, you will find a set of soft cotton towels and a welcome kit to use during your stay. The use of the apartment is especially recommended for those without mobility difficulties, as the structure is spread over two floors connected by a not particularly wide spiral staircase.

Suite 35 is located within the ZTL Senese (Piazza Ovile) therefore it is not possible to reach it directly. The strategic location offers you several options to explore the surrounding area: For those who wish to have the convenience of free parking, there is the possibility of finding spaces available along Via Pian d'Ovile. However, please note that these seats may not always be available at all times. If you are lucky, you can find free parking right near the apartment. Alternatively, to ensure the safety of your vehicle and peace of mind during your stay, we recommend that you consider the paid and covered parking options. There are convenient car parks located near the apartment, which will allow you to leave your car in a safe and secure environment. We will be happy to provide you with further information and advice on how to get around the area during your stay. Don't hesitate to ask!
