Newly built modern apartment on the first floor with 3 balconies. Beautiful apartment located within one of the most exclusive and characteristic contexts of the entire coastline. The apartment is on the first floor and has been furnished with care. Perfect spaces to accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is spacious and welcoming, equipped with a TV, a comfortable double bed and a large bright window. The second bedroom has a double bed facing a large window with a terrace also equipped with a TV. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a spacious shower, towels, and a hairdryer. The living room is large and bright, equipped with WIFI, a touch screen to control lights/blinds, a TV with all digital channels, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table perfect for family dinners or with friends. The kitchen area is modern and fully equipped, with an induction hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an electric plate, kitchen utensils, and dishes. The living room is spacious and bright where guests can relax. The apartment is perfectly furnished and equipped to ensure maximum comfort to our guests, who can enjoy an unforgettable vacation on the Adriatic coast. The garden has a brick BBQ and a covered veranda with a table for outdoor dining. But Jesolo is not just sea and relaxation, the city offers a wide choice of activities for all tastes. Young people can have fun on the beach, among the most famous nightclubs and nightlife of the Italian summer, while quieter visitors can indulge in romantic walks on the beach, cultural excursions in the old town of Jesolo, and tastings of local delicacies in typical restaurants in the area.
Very quiet residential area, in a strategic position to reach the bars and nightlife of Piazza Mazzini located a 10-minute walk away. Caribe bay 1 km away, beach 600 m.
The preferred way to get around Jesolo is on foot, especially thanks to the presence of Via Bafile, the longest pedestrian street in Europe. However, there are also several public services available, including ATVO buses and trains (known as "gondolini") that travel along various routes along the Lido di Jesolo. In addition, the use of bicycles is highly recommended, as cycling around the city is pleasant and relaxing. For this reason, an efficient bike-sharing service is available that allows tourists to move around in a healthy and environmentally friendly way.
